Arabic Dish
Red Beans Broth
Ingredients:
- 4 cans red beans
- 2 minced red onions
- 1 chopped tomatoes
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 1 green cayenne pepper
- 3 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon mixed spices
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- Salt and pepper
- ¼ cup oil
- 1 tablespoon to garnish the beans
Steps:
- Sauté the onion until soft, add garlic, ginger, cayenne, and then stir.
- Add the tomato, tomato paste, spices, and turmeric.
- Add the beans, salt, and black pepper.
- Cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
- Before serving garnish the beans with olive oil.
